Hep B Vaccinations Must be Offered in 29 CFR 1030 Bloodborne Pathogens but.....
It is required under 29 CFR 1910.1030 Bloodborne Pathogens to offer Hepatitis B vaccinations to your employees exposed to Bloodborne Pathogens. Therefore, Hepatitis B vaccinations offered to your First Aid and/or First Responders are not OSHA Recordables if they occur?

Preventative care / measures are not recordable

Ah, I read it wrong, so I selected the wrong answer. I missed the "NOT" recordable part. I read it as when it IS recordable. Nonetheless, great question! I've actually ran into this at the fire department (not a HBV exposure for me, but for one of my coworkers that went through this process).

Fun question, thanks Fitz!

I had to read this a few times... the question reads a bit fuzzy as to the exact situation that you are offering/administering the vaccine.
